Official weigh in: pretty happy with the results this week. Proof that if I follow the plan it works. So close to my goal of 25 lbs. once I hit that mark I am getting a new tattoo!
86.5 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
