Nice day with the family. kids are still out for the holiday break and hubby came home early today.

Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.7 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - no new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer.
Water Retention
Woke up with a migraine took 2 motrin and waited a couple of hours before going to the gym. Migraine pain subsided for most of the day but still feeling off balance and words are mixing up.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank your Lily for checking on me :) Still having the migraine but I can't complain it has been a much lighter migraine than I usually get. I have found that Nitrates are my biggest trigger for them and chocolate heee heee I LOVE fudge :)) I am hoping if I keep eating clean I won't have them anymore!!
