wtf? I'm being so good, and the scale is creeping up still!

this is when I usually give up.... it's so disheartening 😶

Are you working out and/or drinking more water? It could be bloat from water retention.

I'm not allowed to work out at this time due to a flared up chronic injury. It's improving, but what I am allowed to do is all very gentle/easy. It could be hydration... I usually got 90oz/day, but I didn't log the past couple of days...

Don’t feel disheartened! You’ve got this ♥️ My weight can fluctuate ~5lbs every day depending on when I weigh myself, what I’ve eaten, how much water I drink, if I worked out the day before, if I used the bathroom before stepping on the scale. Take it day by day and don’t be too hard on yourself ✨
