I started doing more walking or exercise ahead of the mini challenge because we have extraordinarily warms and sunny days for November. The scales didn't budge however. Good news is that they didn't go up either and that I feel great. I got a walk tracker set up on my phone for more incentive and my pedal exerciser conveniently placed. I Nibbled on some egg and flax crackers I had made too as I was short on fibre. And they have protein just like the dollop of cottage cheese that I could have done without. Saltier chinese food yesterday may also contribute to water weight. I am pleased with myself for staying with the course!
