Well today I went to the gym and walked 30 minutes and lost 90 calories. I am building up my time and this is just the second day of going to the gym and so far I’ve come from 220 to 215.8. I hope walking let’s me lose more weight. I also have a weight lifting regimen.
97.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 52.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
