A slight increase after the weekend, but I did not stay as hydrated as usual so it was not unexpected.

Today's plan is to stay hydrated and to try and reduce my simple carbs in favor of complex ones.

At this time, the mirror is showing my a lot slimmer than I remember being even when I have been 10lbs lighter, so overall I'm pleased.
85.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
