Attempted a brief Endurance Day at the local Gym, but had to change numerous exercises. The back still reminding me to be careful.


• 1,000m Row
• 800m Run (Instead switched to Jacob ladder-4 minutes)
• 30 Jump Box (did step ups) - 30 Wall Ball (did BWS) - 30 burpees (step down/step up)

Finish 3 Rounds:
• 40 TRX knee tucks
• 40 sit-ups
• 40 Russian Twist
• Plank 1 minute
• Burned 800+ Cals!!

NICE 👍
74.7 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
