Checking in to record this morning's weigh in.

Back at my sister's today. More packing....lots & lots of traipsing up & down the stairs. Feeling it in my back & knees 😕 We've quit for the night. Trying to wrap up the smaller stuff tomorrow. Her home is beautifully decorated so home decor is a lot of what we've been packing. She is also an avid gardener so we're planning to collect her outdoor decor into one area tomorrow.

Chick-fil-A for lunch today & a Longhorn sirloin steak with salad & a baked sweet potato for dinner. Dinner was nice. Sipping some red wine now....I've earned it.
65.0 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
