getting lots of exercise. Blood sugar consistently under 100 and some edema in lower legs, saw doc last week and all looked good
77.6 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

I have several things medically addressed: Diabetis Afib Chronic edema Arthritis Thyroid problem Blood pressure Non essential Tremors, which causes falling concerns My sodium is an allowance of 2000 per day. I vacillate back and forth with weight 2-3 lbs. In the past two years, I have lost 144 lbs I would like to join you group
