Sweets for breakfast and lunch. Dinner was healthy but overall the day was just one big Ho! Ho! Ho! It started snowing when the kids began opening presents this morning, now how special was that :) Back on track tomorrow... the gym should be opened and then no more eating trigger foods. Plan of action, one week left in Dec so knock off the Christmas bloat and then after the first week of Jan say goodbye to the 7's and start working my way through the 6's.

Exercise: None
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - new spots, more healing, lots of trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
