今天吃的有点过分了……早上一个肉包子,中午酸菜排骨汤,杂蔬,牛排…晚上问到很香的印度咖喱味道也点了羊肉咖喱的外卖配上garlic naan…7点半又来了点冰淇淋……明天体重肯定爆表😂😂😂…明天不准备看体重了…明后天要调整下饮食了……
