Welp I’ve really been slacking
134.4 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 43.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I congratulate you for the courage and the perseverence you have to keep your eyes on the price despite all the pauses that you need to take, to keep on going. You are not running a 100m race, you are in for a Marathon, no time limit to cross the finish line that you will have set. It could be two or three shorter marathon, with healthy breaks in between. Sorry I don't write often but I always write a lot.

I know how hard it can be to see our weight go up and down (I have lost a hundred pounds two times in my life) most women have the gene of survival. The body does not want to let go any weight in case of famine. I often "talk" to my body saying don't worry, You will feel better lighter. There is a reason why it is important to eat about the amount of calories suggested. That is the fuel required by our size. A hummer, a van, a fiat, a lamborginnie don't require the same amount of gas and we don't question it. Take care.
