No lbs gain over the last 72 hours , so feeling good on the current maintenance program. I had a good exercise “rest” day on Sunday. Let’s see if the muscles appreciate!!!!


Back to the Grind this morning & started Heavier Squats, but only at 70% of MAX. I am cautious due to the back pain from arthritis.


5 Rounds: 4 minutes each
• 5x Squats
• 20x DB Military Press
• :30sec hollow hold

Medtech 3x
• 12x Deadlifts 50% max
• 12x DB Chest Support Rows
• 6/6 Plate Hand Alternate Push Ups

Extra Credit:
• 50x BWS + 25x Down Ups


Nice Burn 🔥 - 800+ Cals!!
