I was doing great until dinner time... It may not look pretty but this time I recorded my over indulgence. I need to learn from this and not just let it go like I did at Thanksgiving. I am going to record no matter what and estimate as best as I can!!
Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.6 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - new spots, more healing, lots of trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer.
