The "Porch Club" Gentlemen host a free outdoor breakfast. No fancy table clothes or flowers but lots of picnic tables, bisquits and gravy Gary's specialty, an omlette bar by Jimmy, and all the bacon, sausage, egg styles, breakfast food you can imagine. The country store where Carla works supplies free coffee and hot coco. One of the local women bring in reindeer for the kids to pet and there are fire pits strategically located to warm your bones...magical Christmas Eve Morning tomorrow on the 24th, as I always look forward to this event!

OMG, a lot of my buddies have been raking themselves over the coals these past few days and I need to share my feelings here. I have heard a lot of "I need to get stricter with myself, I can't believe I ate a truffle, I cant help myself this time of year because I don't know what people put in their foods so the diet starts after January... etc. etc. How about changing this up to something more positive and liveable like I had some fudge for breakfast yesterday morning and kept within my R.D.I because I am cool like that?. Any program you follow and keep on track with is good but if you happen to eat something that is off program, just as long as you keep within your R.D.I. you will maintain or lose weight and not have to feel bad! Glenn I am not supercilicous or whatever your vocabulary word is today lol, I just want to make positive choices and be happy about it. TOWANDA!!!!

Hooray my F.S. Menu Bar fixed itself... two weeks of difficult navigating is over, a very nice surprise this morning:)

Sounds like a magical Christmas morning that you only watch in the movies or read about in books. How nice you and your family can enjoy a gathering like that. Towanda!!

Sounds so Christmas, Lisa! You're doing fantastic on your calories, too. Must be something to do with your being sooo happy. Being happy makes us less desire for other extra things.. Have a wonderful Thursday! I'll also remind myself that I am happy today this moment.. Talk to you later.

Exactly what I am having Sharon...For less then 400 calories I can have a homemade bisquit with some gravy, a scrambled egg for 60 more, and heck a slice of ham for around 200 calories. Breakfast will be my biggest meal of my day and I will eat lighter throughout the rest of the day with yogurt etc. This is do-able and I can enjoy the festivities and not feel deprived!
