Just Started low carbing it a gain on paleo-LC and dropped weight initially which isn't why I started. I suspect that it is mostly water as that is what happens early on with low carb ketogenic eating. Once I have adapted to ketosis, I'll add in veggies to bring total calories up to a maintenance level. I think that the 170's is a good place for me at 6'1" anyways. I'll try it for awhile to see how it works out. Nice to fit into 32 waist trousers. Haven't been there since after boot camp (45 yrs ago). At 23% body fat, I have a buffer anyway. Not much chance of getting underweight for awhile.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
