I'm excited to report that my physiotherapist thinks my back issue is resolving, so my foot issue is resolving. I'm supposed to walk for exercise again, which is a huge relief! I've gotten a bunch more steps in as well.

A bummer to report is that my Noom app is still not working after more than two weeks, so I've requested a refund for the remaining time I have pre-paid. I am thinking FatSecret will fill the void.

Another positive note - I bought an electric pressure cooker (Quick Cooker, like an Instant Pot, but different brand) and I'm so excited by the deliciousness of the results!
85.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
