Welcome back, Hunter - I missed you. I have used them. We have a local company here in Buffalo where they make them according to your plan - I was originally in it and lost fast and felt good. The bad part was, we had to go pick them up and after a while I need to change things up. When I went to Weight Watchers (of course they don't have the original group I was in any longer) I only ate the Weight Watcher meals - that also worked well. I think the big takeaway with all of that was. the meals were all measured out for the proper calories and a good balance of carbs, protein, etc. Now I am just doing calorie counting and it's not working as well. I am maintaining but not really losing like I would like.

Skydiverjim Hey! I'm on and off.... my health has been in decline for a few years now... but this year takes the cake. Its hard for me to move at all.. they think I might have lupus.... And since I started this new medicine I've been rapidly gaining. Feel like I've lost control over this meat sack I have to live in. I need to get in the habit of logging food again... I'm so tired of trying to figure out what I can eat and how to make it. Can't have gluten Have to be lower carb No artificial sweetener Low sugar I'm just tired of thinking lol

Oh, Hunter, I'm sorry, Babe. I'm really at a loss. I did not realize your situation. You have always been so uplifting.

Have you tried the 'Eat this much' site? You input stuff you want to exclude, pick a type of diet, limits, and all that, then it comes up with meals for you. I mostly use it to come up with different ideas of things to eat. I use the free part. Sorry to hear of health problems, my DIL has Lupus and lots of medication. She struggles with her weight because of the meds. Wishing you the best 💗

Sorry if this is random, but from what you've said have you tried a low fod-map diet or a Fructose free diet? Googling either of those might give some ideas! I have Fructose Malabsorption, so my diet is fructose free. I hope you're doing better.
