A little fluctuation gain today, fully expected. :)

I can really tell that I am going places with this weight loss. I feel that I own the world and that things are working out better for me. It is amazing how a push in the right direction can change your whole outlook on things. I love it.

The fact that I reached my "half way" goal yesterday really proved something to me. I know I will finish this comfortably, and probably more! I set the 1st real goal at losing 100lbs, mostly because it would be getting me in a weight range I would be pretty comfortable with, and second, it is a nice round number. However, if this keeps being as easy then I will most likely raise the bar and try to go somewhat lower. We will see.

Today I gained a little, but nothing to worry about. I have lost weight consistently for 5 days, and that doesn't happen often. I will fluctuate a few days and be back on track.

Life is good!
