Yay! First loss since I injured myself.

Plan today: coffee for breakfast, leftovers from the freezer for lunch, something my husband is cooking for dinner (amended with salad or kale something), and maybe another slice of cake if there is space for such a thing.

I have PT this morning, so will hopefully find out what the heck I can do to get back to movement.

Also, my Noom app is not working properly for the third week in a row. I think I may ditch it....but I haven't decided yet.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
