Went to hubby's work party today and had a fantastic time. Bought a new dress for the occasion and received a lot of compliments from both men and women on my dress!! It felt really strange having semi strange men telling me how much they loved the dress I was wearing. I have never had that happen before!! We stopped at a local restaurant afterwards to have an Irish coffee and someone there even commented on it. I have never been able to wear a dress like this before so I was feeling a little self conscious about it and almost didn't wear it but I am glad I did now. I guess to describe the dress my son said "mom that is not a dress you would wear to church" and my husband said "damn women you look hot" I say "blush blush giggle giggle"

Over indulged in wine and buffet but I will be back on track tomorrow. Entered as much of everything as I could and guessed at some items to see what kind of calories I most likely consumed. I really was trying to be careful but still have fun! I am amazed at how many calories I did consume and think wow... what would have happened if I wasn't trying to be careful?

Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - no new spots, more healing, LOTS of trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea and moisturizer from the dermatologist, red blotches are becoming lighter almost clear on right side of face. Used a heavy layer of concealer and other makeup to cover red blotches for attending hubby's work party.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
