Official weigh in today. Super happy with the results I’m seeing. I really don’t feel like this is a ‘diet’ it feels like a change in my nutrition. Chips are still my weakness but I’ve been able to turn down sweets without any problem. Hopefully that stays true as we march towards the holidays!
87.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
