Another nice weight loss today! I am already smiling and knowing that this will be a great day! I lost 400g since yesterday, and it is the 3rd day in a row that I have lost weight - and it has amounted to quite a lot. Today I (again) skipped swimming. My cold is still driving me nuts (I wonder if we are really talking about allergies?) and I did not sleep all night. I decided to spend my morning catching up on my sleep instead of exercising. The result being that I feel much, much better than I did at 5 am (it is 8 am now). I had the usual breakfast, and will have rice gyros for lunch. Yummi!
