Okay, down half a pound this week. I almost didn't record it because as of tomorrow we are on holidays for a week. Going back to the lake to hang out. Do some boating, fishing, swimming and relaxing. I will probably eat too much and drink a few beverages and thus gain weight by the end of next week! But I do plan on getting up each morning and going of a 5 k run. The scenery is nice up there and the weather should be cooler and it's more hilly too. Makes it a good run!
