Well after an unofficial weigh in loss last week, my official weigh in this week has me up but down. Lol. So it’s 3 lbs ⬆️ from last weeks unofficial amount but 1 lb ⬇️ from my official doctor weigh in from to weeks ago. So it’s ↕️ results this week! Haha
Note to self: don’t miss your weigh in appointments!
89.1 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
