seemed to have gained back what i lost. shoot. discouraged. need to track more strictly. trying again. feeling very depressed. went for some long hikes these always make me feel better but i hurt my foot over did it i guess now i can hardly walk. need to rest for a while and hope it gets better. maybe try to strengthen the foot but losing weight would surely help!
