Last night I felt very fatigued and gave in to eating the family's left-over carbs. Didn't measure or record. It broke my 42-hr fast so this morning when I was supposed to break my fast I am not sure what to do.
105.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I went back and tracked estimated values if foods. I had 83 carbs--53 carbs over my target carbs. Yes,carbs do hold on to water but the insulin surge also instructs my body to store fat. I am waiting for my black coffee to brew.
