Fasting blood sugar 147; weight 169.9
Plan: Egg fast 1st day/IF/exercise
Ate egg fast cream cheese waffles with strawberries instead of syrup. Planning deviled eggs for lunch. Cheese stick for snack. I added in some peanut butter.
Macros 6/80/14; calories 1266; fiber 4.5; net carbs 16.45; net kcals -1044.
