Back on track! if (when) I lose 2 more pounds I will officially NOT be overweight (just) for my height and BMI. but maybe I need to lose just a few more pounds rather than hovering on the edge. Strange, it's the lightest I've been for years, 6 stones lighter than at my heaviest in 2010. I'm active and can feel I've lost all the weight but inside I don't actually feel that much lighter. Funny how you can feel all your bones more. Been working from home since March so no idea how suits and shirts will/will not fit. When all you wear is joggers and t-shirt in the day and you're not really going out then clothes sizes don't matter.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
