I am almost back to where I was a few days ago. It seems fluctuation is over for now, hopefully it won't be back for a little while.

I think I did good on my food yesterday.

Wife finished her final exams and we went to celebrate a little with a couple of fellow students. It was so awesome to hear them all speak Danish! :)

Anyways, I ordered steak, and did pretty much all the right choices. I had decided it was a day of celebration and that I didn't care about calories, but I ended up scraping all the butter off my baked potato, and completely skipping the bernaise sauce. It was simply way too fat for my taste. I guess it is true what my former WW-teacher always said: "Your bad is not as bad as your bad used to be". :)

Today I am going swimming. In a few minutes, actually. It's about time. I have been slacking, and that will not do. I can tell that I could EASILY get out of the habit of going swimming, so I need to man up on this. I am looking forward to going.
