I haven't noticed anything new with my new supplements. I haven't exercised while taking them though. my ex husband died last week and the week before that I was on vacation. I have drank alcohol quite a bit and eaten less than stellar. Today I woke up weighing 121.8! yesterday I did take my supplements and diet pill. I pretty much fasted. I had an egg and egg white for breakfast with whole wheat toast and sugar free preserves.At lunch, I had a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat with spicy mustard. So once I week I plan to fast. Today I plan to eat healthy, but I plan to eat. I am going to hopefully make eggs for breakfast, turkey sandwhich for lunch and have grilled chicken and a salad for dinner. If I don't go out tonight, I even plan to exercise!
55.2 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
