Again, today, I have lost very little, but it WAS a loss nonetheless:)
I did a lot last night and burned 850 calories doing an extreme cardio/weight routine for a wonderful circuit training. I am heading to the gym early today so that I can get it out of the way for when I have to take my dad out of town to the dentists.
Not looking forward to the drive:(
