I’ve been away from tracking for a few weeks now, but mostly stuck with good & healthy foods. Increased to hiking 5+ miles daily w/ 1 day off/week. Trying new supplements like Test & HGH boosters, collagen etc. New measurements started, will see how it goes.
94.1 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I wish you luck. I was taking just regular. vitamin for seniors and that helped. I am really jealous of your 5 mile walks. I am trying to get as far as a block. you inspire

@mountainman2 I try to get in a minimum of 5mi/day but some days it’s shorter. Hiked the LT in Vermont last year and working toward my dream of thru-hiking the AT South to North. Of course I never want to leave the woods & mountains.

@carol655–thank you for your kind words. I’ve had to work up to this distance, even with some physical challenges. If you can walk a block (or any walking) that’s great! Keep going as best as you can.
