Baked 3 cakes today. Made one for the family and crumbled 2 of them up for cake bites. Didn't taste anything!
I was at CVS today looking for a skin product for my daughter and saw a product called Prosacea. Intrigued by the description I purchased it for myself. After getting home I looked it up on Google, it sounds very promising. I am going to give it a try tonight but I am a little nervous about it. My face is very sensitive to anything I put on it. Even the prescriptions from the dermatologist don't work and sometimes makes it worse. The only thing I have had success with is the laser treatments. I may have to schedule an appointment to have it done again in late January.
Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.6 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body. Vitamins: Yes Rosacea: 2 = mild-to-moderate flare - New spots, more healing, used the moisturizer, no trigger foods eaten. Going to try Prosacea tonight
