Non-scale health victories galore this week! My health trajectory seems to be shifting. I refused to weigh in for mental health reasons.

The good things:

Established care with a new Dr. that understands my disability!
(This was very hard for me)

I got a prescription for the medication I needed! Feeling functional! I was able to actually work from home not just procrastinate and act like I'm working.

I successfully got labs hemoglobin a1c, liver, lipids everything. I'm scared what the results could reveal but I think I'm finally ready to get real with my health.

I made an appt for bodywork and it's covered by my insurance. Executive function win!

I made a new membership at the closest little strip mall gym. Now to show up and sweat.

For the first time in quite a while I feel like it might be possible to feel healthy again in my future.





78.7 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
