Yesterday went great until dinner. Then I lost my mind on pizza, cheese sticks, wings and a brownie. Well, somehow I still went down a little. I’ll continue to log all my foods and not eat past 8 pm, that seems to help. Today I’ll avoid the pizza left overs.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
