WOO! HOO! THE NASTY 2 IS GONE! I DID IT! Now I only have 17 pounds to go to meet the second step of my total goal. I'm so very proud of myself! This time last year I was thinking Bariatric was the only way I'd be able to accomplish this.

89.6 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.8 kg a Week
