I really am confused by this drop and am wondering if it will last. I haven't been weight training regularly recently and mostly the only exercise I've been doing is walking. Have been eating some really big dinners recently which prompted me to experiment with 16:8 fasting. Maybe thats where this is from? I'm worried I'm losing muscle! 😱
63 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

As far as I can tell by your meals they all are really healthy and you walk also good exercise and it could also be lose fluid it may not be loss of muscle I loss three pounds of fluid the other day don't be worried you are doing great but if you are concern maybe another trip to the doctor would help ease your mind be blessed

Thank you for the support :) I do think it's water weight! Cause some of it came back last night after drinking some beer 😆

That will do it every time but beer is also like a water pill so it will be gone in a flash
