New phone...all set up...now to get used to get used to it. We've had the same phones for eons.

I had an Appt. with my Cardiologist yesterday. We discussed my recent echocardiagram...no changes since the previous one in 2017...all good. My blood pressure was good so we discussed eliminating my blood pressure medication. Tbe dosage was reduced 3 months ago. He explained that the med also helped control proper blood flow in my heart, so he recommended I continue it for that reason. Due to a congenital aberration in my ❤ he felt that would be best.

We've been getting our walks in each afternoon. The weather has been great with nice Fall temperatures.

Picked up a bunch of fresh fruits & veggies at Kroger yesterday. Pomegranates were in stock....bought broccoli, corn on the cob....also salmon, shrimp, chicken breasts, sirloin steak & spicy sausage. Lots of stuff to prepare some tasty meals

Well, we need to call our nephew. It's his birthday....he's a week younger than me.😉😃

Plan to walk first...

Not sure what's 🤔 on the menu for tonight yet.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
