What can I do to sync up with the thin within? Go with the flow instead of against the current. Focus on the moment and find in that space where you feel good and right.

Meditation for Mental, Physical and Spiritual Health - Sylvia Brown

Begin by surrounding yourself with emerald-green light, This color represents healing. Once you've done so, relax. Start with your toes, slowly relax and unstress each foot, instep, and ankle, and then move a green healing light up your calves, thighs, and pelvic girdle. Any point in your body where you experience pain, pause and layer it with extra green light. Keep moving this sparkling green light up through the trunk of your body, threading through all the organs therein. Now move up your neck and down your shoulders, into your uppper arms, lower arms, hands, and fingertips. Bring the light up through your face and head area, and ask that your intellect and emotion be cemented together.

Request that any emotion that's causing pain be controlled by your intellect -the executive, God-Given I AM. Call upon the Archangels with their green healing wands to come and encircle you and place their wings and wands on all aggravated or sick areas. (The Arcangels are the healers of the Angels)

See yourself standing in a flowing garment, looking at a tall mountain. You begin to climb the mountain, and to your surprise, the ascent is effortless and you feel full of life and health. The mountain is grassy and the breeze is gently blowing as you reach the top. At the summit, pause and look around at the beautiful vista. Sit there for awhile, feeling at peace with no pain and depression - only beauty and calm and a sense of being in control of your mind, body and spirit. THis is the time to make a resolution to heal yourself. If you want to, also resolve not to do anything that would be toxic for you. Take a deep breath and feel your body let go of pain, anxiety, and depression.

Now as you look down, you begin to see all the people who are part of your life circulating below you. Watch them very closely. Do you want them up on top with you, or do you want to leave them below? One by one, call the ones you want with you to come up and share your space and this wonderful feeling of freedom. You may be surprised at this point. - there may be some people you really don't want with you because they may disrupt this tranquility so you send them vibrations of your love but let them stay where they wish to be. Sit at the top of the mountain for as long as you would like, feeling healthier and younger and more vibrant than ever before.

Repeat to yourself, "I am with God, the true Gaurdian of the temple of my body."

The green light whirling around everyone and is always there to assist you all the way up, on the count of three, one two three. Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much. TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Information you are so right. Like a strong Oak Tree rooted firmly into the ground, the winds may blowing and the weather is wicked outside of us but we hold on strong! TOWANDA!!!!!
