Wow, first time in about 25 years I've been 11 stone something. I was almost 6 stone heavier back in 2010. So what's the major driver right now? coronavirus. I'm male, 57 years old and generally in good health but higher risk from coronavirus. I can't change my age or sex but I can get my BMI down. They say a drop of 2 in your BMI reduces the risk of dying from coronavirus by 50% so my aim is to at least not be overweight. I still have 4lbs to go to get a BMI of 25 but I'm happy with my progress. I have Michael Mosely and his "lose a stone in 3 weeks" TV programme back in August to thank. 800 calories/day and low carb. Keto checks and discovering how to measure body fat and water on my bathroom scales. Guess the Fat Secret app has also been, and will continue to be, one of my best friends. it feels as if you are part of the community and not alone, even if you don't respond to all posts etc., just reading what people share does an awful lot to help 😁
74.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
