Raining all day and my car is still in the body shop so I didn't go anywhere today. Finished our online Christmas shopping. Made stuffed bread again by request but I didn't have any this time YAY.

Exercise: None
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 2 = mild-to-moderate flare - New spots... very frustrating, could be from the cold air from yesterday. Didn't use the moisturizer, day 7 of no known trigger foods eaten. I guess I just need to give it more time. Possible triggers: dried fruit, navy beans, tomato, chipotle seasoning, banana, peas.


79.1 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
