Well, at least I’m consistent. Still not logging all my foods and still eating cookies. I have gone back to not eating after 8pm, so that’s helping.
71.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
