Crazy working weekend ahead. These last few weeks I feel like I've aged 10 years. I look haggard. My hair is thinning noticeably and my jawline is withering. Mr Coco said I should take a multivitamin.
74.9 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

I agree with Mr. Coco. I take vitamins everyday, and a good B complex and a multi would probably be a good thing for you.

Take some vitamins. When you're on a weight loss program, you can short yourself on certain nutrients.

Hi ladies, thanks for the suggestion. While I was out getting kale at Whole Foods (Stef, I'm sure you know why... haha), I scoured the vitamin section and got some Rainbow Light multivitamins with extra B. I have always had the thickest mane of hair, so I hope it comes back. My head is getting cold this winter!
