Guys I actually can’t. I’m not losing weight again and I’m almost back to where I started. I’ve never put weight back on after I lost it so I’m actually scared. AHHHHHHHH what do I dooooo
52.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
