R2D9 -15.8 KL6 no IF yesterday had a lot of stomach pain. Most of the day I thought it was hunger....it wasn't!! Ugh, not happy that stomach acid is flairing up again or that I ate like I did. Not horrible, but not on ReStart plan either. Kind of defeats the purpose of the ReStart!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 104.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
