My morning weight was 165.2 this morning.
I Just ended a 45 hr fast (@ 8:00pm. started 11:00 pm Sat evening) with a zucchini, yellow squash, mushroom, bacon casserole with cream cheese, sour cream, fresh minced garlic, onions. topped with mazzarella cheese.
I struggled not to eat a 2nd helping. I still may after I run the macros on this.
I had a great deal of energy today. Not tired or hungry at all. I felt I could have gone till morning.
I also slept really well last night through my fast
But once food touches my lips, I AM HUNGRY!
Now is the time for discipline. Not going to gorge.
I ate about a 1 1/2 C of casserole. That's it as its getting heavier in my stomach.
I will have some, blue berry coconut Chia seed pudding made with unsweetened coconut cream, unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin pie spice as, the wet.
great stuff.
74.9 kg Lost so far: 32.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
