Went to the chiropractor today it has been a week since my last visit. While I was laying on the table the gal that puts the pads on my back said "your looking skinnier today are you losing weight?" I happily replied "why yes I have, thank you for noticing!" then we talked about her drinking tea with the juice of a whole grapefruit in it to help her lose weight. That really made my day :))) Made three different dinners today... boys, daughter and me LOL

Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body.
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 3 = moderate flare with new spots only a couple, not as dry as yesterday, used the moisturizer, more healing. No trigger foods eaten.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
