😂😂😂😂 I am what i eat 😝😝😝 yesterday i ate total 2300kcal (ate before sleep around 700kval) 😖😖😖😖
77.2 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
