Fasting blood sugar 120; weight 169.3
Plan: Keto/exercise.
Not doing Intermittent Fasting today. There is a church function this evening, a weiner roast. I will eat carefully, no bun or other bread and I'm taking pork skins so I'm not tempted to eat potato chips. Update: I ate two weiners with mustard, no bun, coleslaw, and pork skins. AND 3 chocolate chip cookies!!!
Exercise today was exercise bike and my arm exercises.
